The Yellow Press published the combined issues of Milk Quarterly 11 and 12 in 1978 . This is the last publication of Milk Quarterly and is known as The Hat Issue. The issue is comprised of a series of hat questionnaires and hat poems.

The Editor in Chief on this project was Peter Kostakis. Richard Friedman and Darlene Pearlstein also sat of the editorial board for the magazine.
